Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major cards, UPI, and net-banking through our secure checkout. For assisted orders, we’ll share a secure payment link on WhatsApp.

Q: Can I reserve a product?
A: Yes—message us on WhatsApp and we’ll hold the piece for a short time while you complete payment (holds are limited for high-demand items).

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship across India?
A: Yes, we ship pan-India. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days, and you’ll receive tracking details by SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

Q: How long will delivery take?
A: Metro cities usually receive orders in 3–5 working days; other locations may take 5–8 working days. Festive peaks and remote areas can take a bit longer.

Q: Do you offer express shipping?

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
A: Unused, unwashed products with tags intact are typically eligible for exchange within 3–5 days of delivery. For fabric-only or altered items, returns may not be available. Contact us on WhatsApp first so we can guide you smoothly.

Q: How do I start an exchange?
A: Message your order number, item name, and reason for exchange on WhatsApp. We’ll confirm eligibility and share pickup/return instructions.

Q: What is “120-gram” Mysore silk?
A: It’s the fabric weight per metre—a 120-gram Mysore silk drapes denser, with a rich, fluid fall that many customers prefer for premium looks.

Q: Do you stock Kanjivaram and Ilkal as well?
A: Yes. Explore our collections for Mysore Silk, Kanjivaram, Ilkal and seasonal festive edits. If you want a specific colour or border, message us for live options.

Q: Are colours on screen accurate?

Q: Do you offer fall-pico/edging?
A: Yes, on request. Finishing services are chargeable and may affect return eligibility—confirm with us before placing the order.

Q: How do I care for pure silk sarees?
A: Dry-clean is recommended. Store in a breathable cotton bag, avoid direct sunlight and perfume contact, and refold occasionally to preserve the zari.

Q: Can I iron silk at home?
A: Use low heat on the reverse side with a pressing cloth, or opt for professional steam pressing to be safe.

Authenticity & Quality

Q: How do I know it’s pure silk?
A: Look for the natural sheen (not overly shiny), uniform weave, and the characteristic soft handfeel. If you need guidance, request a live demo—our team will show you drape, fall, and zari up close.

Q: Do you provide authenticity support?
A: Yes—we can walk you through fabric features on video and provide detailed photos. For premium lines, request additional documentation if available.
