Once approved by our team, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit. Return shipping will be covered by Raj Silk Villa only when a wrong item has been delivered. All items must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Minor variations in color, weave, or texture are natural characteristics of authentic silk and are not considered defects.
